![]() Core Drilling is an effective, quiet and non destructive method to drill a hole through a concrete wall or floor. Holes can be drilled straight or on an angle and to any depth. Coring is used for plumbing or electrical lines, water drain holes, large diameter water lines and holes for anchor bolts or lifting rods.

Slab/Floor Saw Saw cutting can be done in concrete floors to provide expansion joints or a cut can be made through the concrete to allow access to below plumbing or electrical lines. This type of cutting is dust free because of the water cooled blade and can be achieved with electric, gas, propane or diesel saws dependant on the ventilation. Saw cutting the concrete slab is a quick and effective method of removal. This application is excellent for the removal of concrete bridge decks and suspended concrete slabs. Saw cutting can also be used to cut asphalt roads or parking lots for repairs or access to under ground utilities

Wall Sawing Saw cutting of concrete walls is essential when openings are required without damaging the structural integrity of the existing concrete surrounding the opening to be cut. Most commonly the openings are cut through reinforced concrete, precast, brick and cinderblock. The openings are cut for doors, windows, ducts, large diameter pipes, vaults, silos, chests, tanks and foundations. Wall sawing is also an effective method of removing part or all of an existing wall.

Wire Sawing Wire sawing is ideal when a project requires deep cutting of a challenging piece of concrete. Wire sawing is a reasonably quiet and non-destructive way of cutting which can be completed in less time and with less manpower than required by conventional demolition. This method is beneficial and efficient when the concrete is very thick or when access to the work area is limited. Wire saw cutting is primarily used in plants and mines during shutdowns and upgrades.
